Perched atop the hills of Brentwood, this residence boasts a beautiful view while also being a beautiful view itself. Designed to be a spec home, the focus was to take every advantage of the location, the size, and the potential buyer pool to create a wellness sanctuary for a larger family to enjoy an oasis in the hills.

Gable roofs and earthy materials were utilized to maintain harmony with the surrounding landscape while sloped roofs and stacked massings created a stately building scale. Extra attention was given to maximizing the building height in order to work with the city development standards.
